Advanced Manufacturing Facilities

Our production facilities are equipped with 13 high-pressure die-casting machines, including 5 automated units, with clamping forces ranging from 400 to 1,650 tonnes. This enables us to manufacture aluminium castings weighing from 0.5 kg to 25 kg.

We also operate modern tooling facilities, five 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centres, and automated robotic grinding and polishing cells equipped with FANUC industrial robots.

Automation plays an important role in our manufacturing strategy. By integrating robotic systems and optimized production processes, we improve manufacturing efficiency, ensure repeatability and maintain consistent product quality.

Surface Treatment and Finishing

We offer a wide range of surface finishing options tailored to specific product requirements, including:

• Raw, as-cast surfaces.

• Surface preparation for painting.

• Powder coating.

• Grinding and polishing.

• Chrome plating.

• Specialized surface treatments and coatings, including SurTec, anodizing and Xylan.

These capabilities allow us to deliver components that meet both technical and aesthetic requirements, including products with demanding decorative surface finishes.
